A good chunk of our Riverwalk calls come from new move-ins. Builders are still finishing pockets of the neighborhood, and folks moving in often have a second car, a golf cart, or sometimes a vehicle that doesn't run to bring over from their old place. Between group rides, river outings, and the steady trickle of new move-ins, Riverwalk weekends fill up our schedule quicker than a lot of other parts of town. If you know you'll need a trailer for a Saturday morning ride down to an event, or a move-in that's already on the calendar, booking a couple days ahead just gives you more say over pickup time. That said, our 24/7 hours mean a Friday-night realization that you need a trailer for Saturday isn't the emergency it would be with most rental outfits.

Do I need a special license to tow a car hauler. In most cases a standard driver's license and a truck or SUV with adequate towing capacity is all it takes, though it's worth confirming your vehicle's rating before you book.

A note on our growing fleet

Alongside the car hauler and the utility trailer, we're bringing in a 22-foot deck-over tilt trailer rated for 16,000 pounds, built for heavier equipment and larger loads than what fits the car hauler well. It's not sitting in our yard yet, but it's part of where we're headed, and we wanted Riverwalk folks to know it's coming.
